In the margins of the Mozambican woman’s month celebrations, TechSolutions joined the Salimo Abdula Foundation in a strategic partnership to hold the event. "Feminine Voices – Knowledge, Culture and Future", which took place yesterday, April 17th, in Maputo.
The initiative is born with a clear purpose: to serve as a space for sharing, where women who have already followed paths of success can inspire the next generation of leaders.
The event was marked by high-level debates, bringing together unavoidable voices from the national panorama and the Lusophony. The panel featured the presence of the writer and winner of the Camões Award, Paulina Chiziane, the entrepreneur and social activist Alima Sauji, and the recognized Teresa Manhique, law officer and social activist.
During the session, the speakers addressed central issues about the condition of women in the social and professional sphere, discussing the current challenges and strategies needed to break barriers and promote greater equity.
For TechSolutions, this partnership reflects the conviction that technology and innovation only become truly complete when accompanied by social inclusion and responsibility. By joining the project "Feminine Voices", the company not only reinforces its position as an agent of digital transformation, but also reaffirms its role as a driver of social development, guided by inclusion and gender equity, consolidating the idea that knowledge and culture are fundamental pillars for the empowerment of mozambican women.
