Techsolutions Executive Director Edilson Alberto was awarded the award Emerging CEO of the Year during CEO Summit 2025, held in Maputo, one of the most relevant business leaders meetings in Mozambique and the african continent.

CEO Summit 2025 is the largest meeting of CEOs in the country and brings together more than 500 business leaders, experts and policy makers, focusing on the future of investment in Africa, technological innovation and transformational leadership.
Techsolutions, under Edilson Alberto, has been leading projects to digitise public services, modernise management systems and implement technological solutions in SMEs and large Mozambican companies, at a time when the country faces significant economic challenges, including restrictions on access to foreign currency, exchange volatility and inflation at levels that pressure the sustainability of business operations.
Despite the challenging context, Mozambique maintains prospects for economic growth between 2.7% and 3.4% in 2025, which, according to analysts present at CEO Summit, reinforces the need for leaders able to promote innovation, improve efficiency and create social and economic value in a sustainable way.
